The publishing feature allows you to generate a shareable link or publish a Google Document as a web page immediately after the approval process is completed.
To schedule automatic publishing after a document is approved, follow below steps:
Start a process.
Go to process tab.
In the bottom-right, check on Publish document after approval.
Select publish audience scope.
After the process is approved, a URL for publishing will be generated.
Share the published URL.
Note: You can stop publishing whenever you want. Click Stop publishing next to URL. When publishing is stopped, you can publish your document again with Republish button.
