Q. I’d like to migrate to a new Google Workspace Domain.

A. If you want to change your Google Workspace domain(e.g. change your domain from [email protected] to [email protected]), you can migrate your existing Collavate data to your new domain.

You can request data migration from the Collavate Support Team ([email protected]). Please provide us with your current domain and the new domain address you want to use. After receiving your request, our assistant will contact you for more specific information. You can also post at our support group for 1:1 assistance.

Note: Data migration will take up to 3 days. Please check your schedule before requesting migration.

Q. Can I try admin features if I don’t have admin privileges?

A. Administrator features are only available for Collavate team plan and above. If you are using Google Workspace, you can try Collavate Business plan for free for 30 days from Google Workspace Marketplace. To learn more, please refer to Install Collavate on Google Workspace.

Q. Can I add a process notification gadget on my website?

A. Yes. you can add Collavate gadgets to your website or Google Sites.
