Our subscription process has been updated to align with our new pricing structure for the AI era.
For customers who subscribed through 2025: Subscriptions were previously managed through our online billing system on a per-user basis. Existing customers can continue to manage their current subscriptions as before.
Starting in 2026: With the introduction of our new pay-as-you-go pricing model, subscriptions are now handled directly through our sales team rather than self-service online billing. This change allows us to better tailor each plan — including token allocation, SLA coverage, and deployment options — to your organization's specific needs.
To get started, simply contact our sales team and we'll guide you through selecting the right plan (Basic, Business, or Enterprise), setting up your token balance, and onboarding your team.

1. Log in to Collavate with an admin account.
2. On the bottom left, click License Center.
3. Select the subscription plan you want to use.
4. Enter the number of users to be included for the selected plan.
5. Enter all the required information.
6. (Optional) If you have a coupon code, enter it and click Apply.

8. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an invoice for the transaction via the linked email.
