Collavate predefined functions automatically fill in user information such as the organization name, full name, and email address when specific functions are entered.
By entering predefined functions into Google Sheets, you can automatically pull stored user information during the approval process. This eliminates the need for manual input, simplifying template creation and repetitive data entry.
Note: This feature is available only for Google Sheets and cannot be used with other file formats.
