Add a signature image to the approval process

Activate signature function

To add a personal signature of the process, Collavate administrators have to activate the signature function for the domain.

  1. Click AdminAdmin.

  2. Go to Approval process.

  3. Enable Signatures.

  4. Click Save Settings.

Upload your signature on Collavate

1. On top right, click profile image My account.
2. Go to General.
3. Upload your signature.
4. Click Save.

Note:

  • It is recommended to use image width in 100px. Collavate will resize your image to 100px.

  • When you upload your signature on Collavate, your signature will appear next to your name when approving the documents. The signatures will also be on PDF cover files when converting a process into PDF.
