As administrator, you can manage users for your domain and grant them administrator access.
Designate a administrator
Click
Admin.
Click User management.
Check on the boxes next to usernames you want to give admin access.
On top, unfold the Change Privilege dropdown menu.
Click Admin.
Activate or deactivate Collavate user account
Click
Admin.
Click User Management.
Check on the boxes next to usernames you want to give admin access.
On top, unfold the Activation Status dropdown menu.
Click Active/Inactive.
Other user managements
User license: You can check the number of currently activated users and total license capacity for the license you are using.
Search box: You can enter email address, name, or user ID to find a user..
Organization Chart: You can show/hide users on your organization chart.
