How can I report an issue?

If you have found errors or problems, you can contact us via chat on our website.

  1. On the bottom-right, click chat icon.

  2. Create new chatroom then click Customer support to create to ticket.

  3. Describe the issue you have and send us a message.

Note:

  • If you are not satisfied with the AI’s response or have additional requests, you can provide some extra information and leave an inquiry.

  • Please provide screenshots or steps to reproduce the error for a faster and precise resolution.

  • You can receive a response from our team within 1 business day.
