You can cancel your process to revert the process into draft(editing) state. If the process was in progress, all of the reviewing process will be reset and removed from the in the submitted list.
Note: Only the submitter of the document can reset the process. You can reset(cancel) your process at any state.
Reset your process in Home(post) menu
1. Click Home(post).
2. Find the process post you want to reset.
3. Click reset.
Reset your process in Process menu
Click
Process.
Check on the boxes next to the process title you want to reset.
Click Reset.
Enter the reason for reset.
Click Reset.
Reset your process in Process editor
Click the In-progress/rejected process documents.
Go to the Approval tab.
Click More → Reset.
Enter the reason for reset.
Click Reset.
